My Journey to Becoming a Hypnotist

Hi, I’m Becky. I’m originally from the UK and currently living in Newton, Massachusetts.
I’ve lived with anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. I thought it was just part of who I was — something I inherited, something I had to “cope” with. Growing up, I watched it affect my mum and other family members too. No one talked about how to actually heal it… it was just something we learned to live with.

My turning point came during a massive panic attack on a busy high street. I genuinely thought I was dying. People walked around me like I was drunk. What followed was years of high anxiety, daily fear, and eventually phobias — I avoided shops, I avoided driving on motorways, and I constantly felt like a prisoner in my own mind.

I tried everything: medication, CBT, self-help books. Nothing truly shifted it.
Until I found hypnosis.

And when I say it transformed my life — that’s not an exaggeration. It was the first thing that got to the root of the issue, rewired my responses, and helped me feel safe in my own body again.

One of my biggest personal battles was driving on the highway. I avoided it for seven years, taking the longest routes just to stay off the motorway. But when life forced me to drive state to state during a move, I hit my threshold. I knew it was time to heal for good.

That’s when I dove deep into studying the brain, the nervous system, and subconscious change — not just for myself, but to help others. In early 2025, I became an accredited hypnotist. And now, I’m here to give something back.

I’m offering my first 50 sessions for free to people who are serious about change — people who are tired of being stuck, who are ready to feel calm, confident, and back in control.
